TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
LOCATION: Oldham

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
To work with the Commercial Manager & the Quantity Surveyors and assist in their day to day duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Dealing with subcontract orders/quotations/valuations and invoices.· Client tenders, pooling of information in preparation of the final account submissions.

· To compile receipting requests for several Clients and update reports to reflect current invoicing

.· Raising job numbers, including budgeting costs & sales.

· Production of cost/value analysis reports on a monthly basis.

· Evaluating drawings and identifying site models for submission of budgets to customer.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
GCSE Grade C or above in Mathematics, Good IT knowledge (including excel & word.)
Candidates must be logical, organised and numerate with experience of working and delivering to deadlines. Candidates must also be customer focused and be able to work well as part of a team and across all levels.

HOURS OF WORK
8.30am till 5pm - Monday to Friday

RIGGING FIELD ENGINEER
LOCATION: Mobile with Oldham as reporting office

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
To visit sites prior and during installation on behalf of the rigging dept and come up site method of works / Job pack / Picklist / H&S docs. Visit teams on site and monitor sites to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As above, including rigging teams welfare and ensuring completion documents are correct prior to submission. Producing reports regarding site completion and costing where required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Valid Advanced climbing certification and tower rescue, rooftop worker course. Rope access and High Voltage pylon worker would be beneficial but not essential.

HOURS OF WORK
8am till 5pm daily with potential of additional overtime

PCN RIGGING TEAM LEADER / PCN RIGGER

Clarke Telecom are currently looking to expand their Rigging department across the UK.

We are seeking a PCN Rigging Team Leader with O2/Vodafone experience and a PCN Rigger to work within a team. Ideally candidates will be based south of the M42, but we will consider applications from the Leeds and Manchester area due to existing Rigging teams within that area.
