Vacancy: Mobicells Administrator
Location: Drury Lane, Oldham (Closing Date 27th January 2012)

Overview
Clarke Telecom deal with surveying, deploying, rigging, I&C, de-rigging, and retrieving mobicells and towers on behalf of O2 and Orange to cover events and provide temporary coverage for new build sites.

The job role involves:-

Arranging surveys and booking the access
Ensuring SLA’s are met that are set by the Client
Liaising with SP’s and Sub contractors to ensure that SLA’s are met.
Liaising with Clients daily by E-mail and telephone.
Using PowerPoint, Word and Excel to update trackers.
Providing cover for Project Manager when on leave.
Basic Admin duties.

Skills and attributes required
Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ideally some knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry would be preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills face to face and over the telephone.
Ability to use own initiative to problem solve.
Flexibility with working hours.
Able to work under pressure due to SLA’s that have to be met.
Restrictions apply to when holidays can be taken due to the nature of the project (busy season May through to end of August)

Vacancy: Rigging Team Leader (x4)
Location: Oldham (Closing Date 27th January 2012)

Overview
To carry out works as dictated by the National Rigging Manager, the Rigging Team Leader will be required to be able to manage a team, think ahead and plan the installation, pass works to his second man. The Rigging Team Leader would hopefully be conversant with a variety of network providers which includes O2 and Vodafone, T-Mobile/MBNL/AIRWAVE and HUAWEI.
The team leader must be able to work independently and be able to align antennas using SPAA005 tool and test feeders for all networks using Site-master. The team leader must be computer literate as all Handover documents need to be submitted electronically. The Rigging Team Leader is responsible for the delivery of rigging projects which have been allocated to him/her on behalf of Clarke Telecom for its customers to time, cost and quality and to the customers Service Level Agreements.

The Rigger has a key responsibility in ensuring the implementation of safe working practices whilst working on site.

Responsibilities
• Carrying out management of all rigging activities while on site, installation of feeders, antenna, mast head amplifiers and all other associated equipment in a quality manner
• Installation of all antennas to the correct bearings/tilts and alignment in accordance with the Site Selection Form (SSF)
• Liaison with customer Radio Planner from site when required to confirm the customers requirement in the event of confusion, incorrect SSF or clarification is required
• Implementation of the correct man on site process depending upon type of site (customer specific)
• Ensuring rigging vehicle is operational and safe to drive and maintained correctly
• Registering on site and entering the site health and safety register if applicable
• On call 24/7 for all riggers on site or personal issues/problems
• Supplying the complete and correct documentation for client Handover.

Skills and attributes required
Essential
1. Good IT Skills (Microsoft)
2. GCSE B minimum in English and Maths
3. Experience in a similar rigging role within the Mobile Telecommunications Industry
4. Advanced Climbing qualification
5. Rope access and High Voltage pylon worker would be beneficial but not essential.
6. First aid at heights
7. Be a good clear and concise communicator
8. Customer focus
9. Have passion and drive to succeed
10. Be a team player and able to work with others to ensure delivery
11. Be Adaptable
12. Clean Driving Licence
