Clarke Telecom History

Clarke Telecom

Clarke Telecom was originally formed in 2000 to deliver quality products and services to the UK cellular network operators. Focussing on the power management niche, in which Clarke Telecom carved its reputation, the company grew substantially for the next few years.

2005 saw the acquisition of leading telecom construction contractor NP Contracts, who had been the best performing contractor for cellular operator “3” for the previous four years. This achievement has continued as Clarke Telecom.

Also in 2005, Clarke Rigging was established. This department of Clarke Telecom was set up to compliment the construction division and quickly established itself at the top of industry performance tables. Offering a suite of services including surveys, rigging installation, commissioning/decommissioning, inspections and microwave link work, Clarke Rigging directly employs all of our highly trained and experienced installers.

Clarke TelecomIn 2007, Clarke Telecom acquired the highly successful Infrastructure Technologies Ltd (Infratec) to compliment and further enhance the range of in-house services. Infratec’s consistent topping of its customers' performance tables extends the quality service already available whist increasing the national footprint. Clarke Rigging’s expansion to include Infratec’s sister company RT Masts boosts the rigging and microwave capabilities across the market.

Clarke Telecom position as the premier UK network infrastructure provider has been strengthened year upon year to offer a total solution service that puts the customer first, every time.
