The electrical installations team have 15 years specialist cell site electrical installation and testing. They work on telecom installations for all 5 UK mobile operators, plus a number of other telecoms and multi-site operators. To date the team have completed electrical installations on over 8000 telecoms sites.

Our work on telecoms sites covers a broad spectrum of electrical work, from the incoming REC supply through to the power up of BTS racks. All work complies with IEE Wiring Regulations 16th Edition (BS 7671). The multi-skilled engineers are also trained to install lightning protection systems on rooftop and greenfield sites.

We can provide a comprehensive maintenance service to include reactive site fault callout and periodic testing and inspection programme across a national network of base stations. For example, for one UK operator we undertook a 2-year project to test and certify circa 2500 cabins including the issuing and archiving of NICEIC certificates.
